1. Add the potatoes, onion, carrot, celery, fresh parsley, water, chicken bouillon cubes, coarse salt and fresh ground black pepper to slow cooker.
2. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.
3. During the last hour of cooking, add 1-1/2 cups milk.
4. Puree soup in blender for creamy soup.
